Was a “Solar Health Doctor” check by CFE worth it?? My oath it was!!!! CFE managed to contact us literary weeks before the solar panel warranty was to run out. They found the 3.6kW system was operating at half capacity and several panels had major defects. CFE went into bat for us and managed to have all 16 panels replaced by the supplier under warranty. We found CFE’s management & team was very efficient, dedicated and easy to work with.
Blown away by the awesome service. I phoned, explained my problem and they organised a site visit the following day. They arrived as promised, organised the warranty work and had my solar back up and running at a cost of a third of what I was quoted by another solar company. Mackay needs more efficient company's like this. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you
Awesome service from these guys. Did a full check and clean and found 16 of my panels needed replacing. All fixed under warranty very quickly. Great team, highly recomended.
Great local business holding shoddy solar Retailers to account. Solar inspections by independent accredited inspectors should be legislated. You would be amazed at what you don’t know about the compliance of your system. Get this business to run a report.

Highly recommend Dzemal and Rhonda of the Solar Doctor. We had a new solar installation completed Jan 2023 with a local company which was installed very poorly. Dzemal was able to pinpoint all issues, damage and installation breaches. He compiled a professional report including photos which we were able to use when disputing with the original installer. My experience with solar doctor was amazing. I personally do not understand fully how my system runs but after the solar doctor health check i had a little more knowledge which was so helpful 😀 I highly recommend these guys

They found the fault in their maintenance schedule that was causing the poor output and made a full report with photos and figures to support the reasoning, this allowed us to send it to the supplier which gave them the job for rectification. All good now, thanks Carbon Friendly crew 👍
Solar doctor identified many issues with my system. Those being faulty solar pads. These were badly corroded. System is isolated till problem resolved with warranty

Solar doctor were pleasant and easy to communicate with. They provided helpful tips regarding how to get the most form our solar, and where we make changes to prolong the life of our system. The are very thorough with their inspections and provide an excellent overview of how things were performing.
Great people to talk about solar problems and to arrange inspection times. Solar technician had great knowledge of all things solar very honest and fixed our problems easily, also cleaned all the panels and explained tips and things to keep our solar running 100%. Would recommend them to anyone that need solar fixing,cleaning or just checking your system is running 100%
Solar Doctor was very quick and efficient, able to fix most things there on the day and really looked after me.
Had Solar Doctor check our system which was replaced under warranty some 18 months ago. Good report, thermal imaging found no hot spots. Had to clean off the mould which was starting to coat the solar panel surface. Polite & friendly service.
