If there is a major electrical hazard with your panels you may be at risk of electric shock and as mentioned before there are work at heights risks to consider as well.
If your system is ground mounted it may be a viable option, if not, there are many risks involved that the solar inspector is trained to identify and control including work at heights.
If you are going to clean your solar panels yourself, isolate your solar system, use water and a soft brush to get the build-up out of the corners. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers and pressure washers, which could damage your solar panels and protective coating. And be careful up there.
